I’m Jen! Web developer turned freelance photographer, content creator, and your go-to for all things digital and dog-friendly. I’m usually wandering the East Coast with my dogs, Mando and Ori – camera in hand, snacks in my pack, and a few ideas always brewing.
How I Got Here
Where the trail has led me
Born and raised in the D.C. Metro Area, I’ve always felt more at home on a quiet trail than in the city. While navigating 9-5 life as a web developer, I realized adventure could live in the 5-9 everyday moments. I started sharing these micro-adventures on instagram and quickly fell in love with digital marketing; so much so that I earned certifications from Google and Meta.
Wanting to blend my web background and marketing know-how with my love for the outdoors, I created Explore Our Field Notes as a place to tell meaningful stories and connect with like-minded creators and brands along the trail.
